AD sync "no new computer found" but when using preview it finds

Hi,

Using AD sync and from some reason I get "no new computer found" when running but when I try to use the preview button I see a lot of missing computers.

The preview is correct.

Using 12.0.5.0.

Hi,

Do you have the "Use LDAP over SSL" option checked in your AD Sync session?

Recreated the sync entry and it was fixed...

The issue returned.

I tried with the SSL and without it, same results.

how can see detailed logs ?

Hi,

You can see the detailed logs in the profiler that is located in the Help tab.

In the profiler window, go to the Debug Only tab and write 8211 in the debug level textfield.

When you will execute your sync session, you will get the logs execution.
