4.0.7.0 breaks website

Your issue is related to the URL Rewrite Module that is missing on the server where your DVLS is hosted.

Please note that the version 4.x of DVLS introduces a dependency on the IIS Rewrite Module. Please consult this online help page about it

That is extremely odd - installing that has fixed the problem.

What is strange is that it was working fine with version 4.0.6.0 (installed two days ago) and only broke when I upgraded to 4.0.7.0

we are in a "chicken and the egg" scenario

The RDM used to upgrade the instance may not know about new pre-requisites, we are working to improve that part of the process.

Thanks Maurice. As mentioned, it was a minor release upgrade (4.0.6.0 to 4.0.7.0), not a major one.
