Our screen connect structure is setup like so
All Machines by Organization
Org Name 1
Site
Desktops
Connected
Disconnected
Servers
Connected
Disconnected
Org Name 2
Site
Desktops
Connected
Disconnected
Servers
Connected
Disconnected
Using the import, we can only see "All Machines by Organization" and that is it. Nothing under that entry.
I mentioned during a support ticket about this a while ago and it was being investigated.
Does this work and i am just missing something?

There is no easy way to do this in RDM due to the way groups work in ScreenConnect (they are created by conditions rather than being "real" groups).
We might be able to do something by modifying the extension. Unfortunately we have to wait for ScreenConnect on that end. They removed our extension from the ScreenConnect extension browser since they believe our new product Wayk Now encroaches in their market. Please consult this topic for their stance on it and updates on the matter. Once this is resolved, we will check to see what we can do for groups, especially if we have a more direct relationship with their company afterwards.
