when opening multiple putty windows with command lines there's a mess...
Hello,
when you open 2 or 3 connections with putty (where you insert somes lines commands after connection), in the first windows who are open the command lines stop to be typing and you find the typing result in the last active putty windows you open, where generaly is a mess.
Is it possible to have for each windows even the windows is anymore in first windows that the command lines continu to be insert in the right windows please.

Hello,
If you are using the PuTTY entry type, when we send commands we have to simulate typing keyboard keys. This means you have to keep the focus in the window you want to type to. Unfortunately we can't do anything about this because PuTTY is an external application.
As a workaround, I suggest you use the SSH Shell entry type which uses our own implementation of PuTTY. We can directly send the commands to the terminal without simulating typing keys which makes it more secure and would work better in the case of opening multiple entries at the same time.

Hello,
Do you mean you have to create new entries with your login/password/commands again? If so, you could use a batch action to convert your PuTTY sessions to SSH Shell sessions. You can access these by selecting the sessions you want to convert > Right click > Edit > batch edit > batch actions > convert putty/rebex session to SSH/Telnet/Portforward session, then select SSH Shell as target type.
I advise testing it out with a new entry or making a backup of your PuTTY entries beforehand in case you aren't satisfied with the conversion.

Hello,
Is there a automatic possibilty to filter in my 3627 entries only the putty files in the folders and /or subfolders? and apply this convert?
Thanks

Olivier
In the "view" ribbon menu you should have a button called "advanced search". You can then use the "connection type" search option and put "Putty (telnet, ssh, raw, rlogin)" and press search. It should find every putty type entry in your datasource. You can then right click them and batch edit them like previously.
