Active Time in Usage Log

Hello Devolutions
I notice, in usage log, that the "active time" reported is not the real activity time in the opened session (for eg. rdp) but is all the time of the opened connection; I suppose that RDM calculate the time if there is activity on the pc (input of keyboard and mouse) also if RDM is not the focused application.

My test (in my case i have multimonitor scenario):
I opened RDM on Monitor 1
I opened an RDP connection
I leaved RDM with connection opened
I moved on monitor 2
I work on IE to write this post
I close the rdp session, go to log and i see 6 minutes in activity time ... but i doesn't work on the rdp session!

Can you find a way to calculate "as active time" ONLY the real time activity of the user into the open session through RDM?

PS: i have create another post yesterday, i posed the question incorrectly and i required a solution, i was wrong and i apologize

Thanks in advance for your replay
Giuseppe

Hi,
I will ask our QA to reproduce it. It might be possible that we don't detect correctly if the application has the focus.
