I've created folder template but they are disappear if I used it.
In database i've found 17 Entries some of them are duplicated but in application i see only three.
Query in MSSQL:
select * from connections
WHERE CAST(DATA AS XML).value('(/Connection//SharedTemplate/node())[1]','nvarchar(max)') = 'true'

What do you see: File -> Templates -> Templates

As I understand, you create a Group/Folder template, then used it and after, the template disappear. Am I right?
Please also confirm that you are creating shared templates.

I seem unable to reproduce it. Could you attach a recording of this issue please? We have a tool in Help called Record.
Also, I do not see the version of RDM that you are using. What is the version that you have currently?

I've just upgrade to 12.0.5.0 from 12.0.3.0.
This software don't record context menu and screen in File > Templates

Simply set your recording options like this;
You should chose the monitor where RDM is if you have multiple monitors.
With this, the recording should work.

Wow that was a mind bender but we got it resolved.
The fix will be in the next minor release.
With the new version you will need to CTRL+F5/refresh the sessions to make sure everything is good on the front end.

After resolution I'will start application on production.
Now We've got 5 user licenses but if the application will accept by the users we will buy more. I think about Devolution Server but now I have to start RDM.
