Duplicate tab categories

I don't recall seeing this in 12.0.2.0 so I think this may have only started in 12.0.3.0, but may be wrong.
The tab categories are showing duplicates of each category.

I think I know the problem. I will assign this to Hubert. This is simple fix.

This issue has been fixed internally and the fix will be available in the next beta version of RDM 12.
