Bonjour,
Depuis notre migration aujourd’hui de RDM 9 à RDM 11.7.6.0 nous avons des messages « outofmemoryexception » lors de l’edition d’une connexion ou d’un groupe [voir message log ci-dessous]. Auriez-vous une explication ?

Hello,
What type of data source are you using?
How many entries do you have in your data source?
Do you have a lot of Custom Images? Please post a print screen of your Help -> Diagnostic -> Data Source tab.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais

Hello,
Could you try to change the offline engine to MCDF in File -> Options -> Advanced.
When this is done, please do a CTRL + Refresh to refresh the local cache.
Let me know if you still encounter OutofMemory errors with this cache engine.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
Hi Jean-Francois,

See attachement file below.

Best regards,
Stéphane

An email will be sent to you in a few moment by replying to the email that you have sent to the support mailbox.
