Blank Pages when accessing webpage for Manage Engine Service Desk after v12 update
Hello,
We use a ticketing tool based on Manage Engine Service Desk Pro 9.2 which we use a web browser to connect to.
Using v11.x of RDM the pages loaded all okay. Since upgrading to v12.x we can see we hit the site but only receive blank pages.
This occurs for all browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE & Firefox).
As a test my colleque has been running the v11.x database free versions & tested the URL in all 4 browsers (externally) this was all okay and tested with chrome embedded in RDM this was also okay.
He then updated to v12.x
Internally this no longer worked for Chrome but the URL still worked okay on all 4 browsers.
We then updated the Extension for Chrome.
Somehow the URL then stopped working in any of the browsers.
We then removed the extension and it still does not work.
This had been working all okay up until v12 RDM update (v12.0.2.0); extensions v4.0.
As a result I can no longer access our customers IT servicedesk tool. I have not seen an issue with any other web tools.
Regards,
David
Hi,
Can you send us your Google Chrome's console output of the blank page when it doesn't work?
To get the console output follow these instructions:
1. Right-click on the blank page
2. Click on Inspect in the context menu to open the Developer Tools
3. Click on the Console Tab in the Developer Tools
4. Copy the content or take a print screen
Best regards,

Hi Oliver,
Please find attached output from the Chrome Console.
As an update my colleague after uninstalling the extension for chrome and reset it to the default setting and received blank pages.
He has now completely uninstalled RDM and performed a restart. After this the webpage now works in Chrome (though he still can no longer get this working in IE) OS: Windows 10.
Thank you,
David
Hi,
I think you forgot to add the attachment for the Chrome Console.
For Internet Explorer, a new version is available for the browser extension. https://devolutions.net/Home/BrowserExtensions
