Do a Complete Uninstall

I need to know how to do a complete uninstall? When I do it using add/remove programs and reboot. After I reinstall, it continues to load my saved database.

My problem is that whenever I start RDM, it takes about 20 minutes to load all the data. We have about 2000 objects in the database, using a full MS SQL Server. And it takes about 20 seconds to load the entire database into Access. So, it's not a database issue. Other computers in our network work fine.
I've tried uninstalling, deleting items in %appdata%, did not find anything in the registry. I've tried removing the data source, and adding it back. I can't get past it taking 20 minutes to load the data. I know it's something local, just can't figure out what.

Hello,

In order to help you we would need the following information:

What version of RDM are you using?
What type of data source are you using? (File – My Data source information, use the "send to support" button.)
Also did you try to create a new database in your SQL server and connect it as a new Datasource ? Do you have the same problem ?
Are you having this problem only on one computer or on multiple ?

Hello,

Thanks for your information by email.

Could you try to close the RDM application and rename your cache folder who's inside the %Appdata% the cache folder for your data source is 6E82C772-D358-48B9-B47D-C34802094347.

Also could you send us a print screen of the configuration of your data source inside RDM ?
Do you have any custom icon in your RDM ?

Best Regards,

Other computers work fine with RDM. This computer works fine doing everything else, so no computer issue I'm aware of.
I created a new database, it took longer than 5 minutes to load, it had 0 records in it.

Hello,

Do you have SQL Management Studio installed on your computer?

If yes, do you access the database properly from your PC?

Best regards,
