Ability To "Tag" Entries for Multiple Folders

I would like to be able to have a single entry appear in multiple places so I can group them in multiple fashions, sorta of like use meta data tags to create views in sharepoint. For example I might have a list of database servers in one folder and web servers in another, but I might want a view where I can view the entries by service or application without having to create multiple copies of the same entry.
