Hello
I recently had a older 10.# version of Remote Desktop Manager installed and now upgraded to 11.7.6. Now every time I launch a RDP session to a Windows 2012 R2 server, I get a Add-On Manager pop up. Microsoft Server 2008 R2 RDP sessions open no problem and don't get this pop-up. I have tried changing a bunch of settings but either I am selecting the wrong option or I missing what I need to change. How can I disable this pop-up? Or what option within the pop-up can I select so next time it won't appear for a particular RDP entry?

Hello,
In the properties of your RDP session, at the Credential drop-down, do you have My personal Credential selected?

Yes that setting is selected under properties.
Hello,
This is the reason why you get this pop-up. There are no "My personal credential" set. You can put it back to default if you enter the username/password directly in the session or go in File -> My Account Settings -> My Personal Credentials and create a credential there.
What do you have in mind in regards to security on your entries?
Best regards,
Mark Beausejour
That fixed it thanks.
