I'm unable to find a setting that would control enabling or disabling the application from writing to either the connections.log file or connections.db. Is there a secret configuration option to turn this off?
Hello,
No option to turn it completely off. Its in the advanced options, logs can be set to File, DB, or Both.
Best regards,
Maurice
Hey Maurice,
I'm just curious as to why would this be something that can't be turned off? I'm trialing at this point and have absolutely no reason to keep a running log of all of my session activity. I could see this being something that could be forced on via a policy for groups where a manager would want to have accountability for engineers connecting into client systems, but in situations where it's a one user install this seems somewhat unnecessary and, at least in my case, completely unwanted.
Any way to disable this via registry or some other means?
We could add a none to the options.

David Hervieux
That would be great. Having the option to just turn it off would definitely be helpful.
