RDM Lock bug

Dear Devolutions,
We use RDM without an application password. However, when i lock RDM by accident, i can't get it unlocked.
Because i have no application password configured, nothing has to be filled in, in the password field. However, when nothing is filled in, in the password field, the OK button stays grayed out. When i fill in some characters, the OK button comes available, but unlocking fails because of a wrong password.
When i close and reopen RDM the lock stays.
The only way i can fix this, is to kill the RDM process in task manager.
Any way to fix this?

What version of RDM are you using?
What type of data source are you using? (File – My Data source information, use the "send to support" button.)

I would like to reproduce that problem on my side.

Hi David,
Thanks for your reply. Most of my colleagues use RDM v11.6.2.0. I use for myself verion 11.7.6.0. The issue occurs in both versions.
We use Devolutions Server 3.2.1.0.

Hello,

We have resolved a similar issue in RDM 11.9. However, you will also need to update your Devolutions Server as well.

Could you send an email at support@devolutions.net so that we can send you the appropriate files for RDM and Devolutions Server.

Thanks for the quick reply. I assume that the issue is also fixed in RDM12/DLVS3.5?
Any estimate when those versions are released?
It's not a major bug for us, so i prefer to skip one DLVS+RDM update round, and wait for RDM12/DLVS3.5.

Those releases should be available at the end of november.

If it's not a major release, yes you can wait those releases at the end of the month.
