DLVS Server Not Responding After 3.6.1.1 Update

Hey Guys,

Two issues that I feel may be related a bit:

1. After updating to 3.6.1.1 I now receive a DLVS server not responding error and the server list is empty.

2. I'd receive the error prior to the update (version 3.6.1.0 I believe?) if I locked my workstation and even after the connection to the DLVS server was restored, I would receive a "Connection Failed" when trying to open a session after that message appeared. The only solution was to completely close and re-open the app.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,

Could you try to edit your data source configuration, click on the Settings tab and change the Service Type to Web API Client.

If this is not working, please try Web service client.

Hello Jean,

Setting it to Web Service Client fixed it but we found that we were running a very old version of Devolutions Server. We've updated that and it works on the default setting now. Thanks for the help.
