Users unable to see items even though they are in the right role

We use AD integration with DLVS and Enterprise Server. We have found that when we are setting up a new user they are not able to see all of the server entries but it's totally random and they can see some servers but not others even though the servers are in the same security group.
We always add the user to the AD groups first then set them up in DLVS along with Duo.
We haven't really found a way to fix this yet and just wait and eventually they will show up (days later)

Could you try to do a CTRL + Refresh to refresh the local cache and see if all your sessions are displayed.

We are using RDM version 11.7.6.0 and Devolution Server 3.2.2.0.
I have not tried the ctrl + refresh option yet, but I will try it out when the next user reports missing entries.
Last week I was able to get around this issue by deleting the Devolutions server data source and re adding it.
