Cannot find Footer-Configuration (11.0.9.0)
Hi Devolutions-Team,
Since years I am trying to find the configuration-setting for the Footer.
Although it's mentioned in your Online-Help, I cannot find any Setting (Menu, Context) to manage it.
Accidentally I closed the tab "description" on another computer.
I cannot get it back. Even the "Reset Layout" doesn't bring it back anymore.
Can someone tell me where to find the setting, please.

I cannot update to the newest version due to update-automatism in our company.
The computer with the problem is running 11.7.2.0

Hello,
At the top, you will see a View menu, we can see it in your print screen.
In this View menu, you should see a footer section. From there, it would be possible to add the description footer.

thanks for your response, but - no, there is no entry (this would have been too easy) :)
The only entry pointing to a footer is under View\Layout\Footer Pane...
...but with this option you can only hide or show the statusbar (the line under the mentioned tabs).

Hello,
Could you try the following:
- Close RDM
- Navigate to %localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager
- Delete all *.lyt files
- Restart RDM

that worked for me. Thank you very much.
The only further problem was the filter: the search-field overlayed the tabs. So I had to change the position of the filter in the navigation pane.
Now everything is fine.
