I realize this is probably a website issue with T-Mobile and not with RDM, since RDM recognizes the correct fields and fills them in properly, but for whatever reason, on the tmobile website for account login at https://account.t-mobile.com/ I know everything is right since it works if I do a View and then copy each in. However if I do a copy username and password or if I let the plugin autofill it does not recognize the entry and fails. Like I said, I believe this to be an issue with T-Mobile's website, but is there any workaround in RDM to potentially make this work? I have tried several different browsers, as well as using it embedded, and even Display Undocked (which should have no bearing, but I was reaching at that point). I also tried using different account types, but the Login(Web) is the only one that even partially works and seems like it should be the right option.
Any other ideas I can try while I wait for them to actually see and fix whatever is going on?

Hello,
I see what you mean and you are right, the issue is with the website. Let me explain.
When you open a web browser session in embedded mode, yes, the credentials are sent to the webpage, however, the webpage doesn't recognize the completion of the username and password field. If you type manually the username and password, the website will recognize that you have entered your information and will allow to go to the next step. It's seems to be a security thing on the website that he doesn't accept the username and password if it's not entered manually.
It's the same issue in external mode using our browser extension. It sends the credential properly, however, the website doesn't recognize them.
I have tried to send the credentials using a typing macro and it seems to work. Could you try to send your credentials with a typing macro for this website.
