I've recently upgraded to your newest version. I'm on the latest updates to windows 10. Since my move to windows 10 i've had several stored RDP sessions prompt me for password information and not allow me access. These same RDP sessions work fine for other coworkers ( on windows 10 also) and all of our RDP stored sessions are saved in a SQL database that we are all mapping to.
This leads me to believe that I've got a local setting that is interfering with my connection but I can't think what that might be. In addition, trying to launch these same RDP sessions outside of your software also produces the same results for me ( so clearly it's not your software!!!). However, there are total of 4 that i've found that won't work while all other preexisting stored connections continue to work as normal.
Any help would be appreciated
Hello,
Could you look in your Windows Credential Manager to see if there are obsolete credentials stored for these machines?
Best regards,
Maurice
nope, no stored credentials.
Hello,
On one of your RDP sessions, could you try the following:
1- Edit the session
2- Remove the password
3- Save the session
4- Edit the session again
5- Put back the password
6- Retry the connection
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
