Relation between Users in Active Directory and Users profile in RDM (Add security roles)

Hello guys,

I have a couple of questions of a basic use of the application. Can someone tell me where to look for it:

How can I make sure that the new users on the Active Directory get the good permissions automatically when we add them in the application? Can you tell me how can I validate to connect the security of the application to groups in the Active Directory?
