reorganise tabs stops working
after a while RDM stops allowing drag&drop organising of tabs.
it works after a reboot but after a few hours it seems to stop allowing drag&drop to occur on either 32 or 64bit versions. restarting RDM isn't enough to get it working again.
host is a win10 v1607 machine with RDM v11.7.2.0.
I think it also happened on the previous version of RDM (11.5.4), but not the one before that (11.1).

It's a known issue and to be honest for us it's a nightmare. We are unable to find why this is happening but it's really related to Windows 10 Anniversary:
