Show different columns for credentials

Hello

We would like to show different columns by credentials.
Like for an AD-Administrator from one customer (group) we want to show the columns Username, Description and other infos.
But we don't want to show them in other credentails, only for this one credential.

Is this possible?

Thanks for reply.

Best Regards,

Iiro

Hi,
Do you mean in the navigation tree view?

Hello

No, i mean in the "referenced by". Kinda like the informations, but that you can see it above and when you are clicking on the total group.
And that its different for every Credential.

Hi,
We could add the username column easily. However it's more complicated to hide it for some credential types.

Hello

That would be great if you could add the username.

Hello,

I checked and it should already be possible for you to add the username column. Can you try the following:
1. Right click the column headers
2. Select the "column chooser" option
3. Scroll down to the "user" column
4. Double click it or drag and drop it into the "referenced by" grid

This should show the username.

Hello Hubert

And also:

Can't you implement that we can choose the columns per credential?
For example:
In credential 1 we want to see the username, Description and an IP-Address
But
In credential 2 we only want to see the username and the description.

Hi,
We have 2 different dashboards for the group and the credentials. This explains why you don't get the same columns. For your request to have it per entry I will add it to our todo list but I can't give you a timeframe.

Hello David

i attached 2 screenshots. :)
Group.png shows the information that is showed when i click on the group.
Credential.png shows the information that is showed when i click on the credential.

Why can't i see the username of the same credential when i click on the credential like in group?
The column is excactly the same.. "User".

We list the referenced entry in the credentials dashboard and the group list his content. I think that we need an Overview with the credential properties like what we have for an RDP connection. The other solution for you is to add the User column in the Navigation tree.

Hello David

But if we add it in the tree view we have to look at so many different view to see all the information we need.

Is it possible in any way to get the information of a credential in the dashboard (when you click on the credential, not like now with the "referenced by")? like i said before with the username, description,...?
