Hi,
Our license is about to expire and we are working with our company in order to get the payment but if this takes more time than our expiration date, I need to understand if RDM will still work after that for a specific time or if automatically will stop working.
Thanks in nadvance
Hello,
After your plan expires, you will have the option to renew your license. If you choose not to renew, then you may continue using RDM/PVM for as long as you wish with the last version you have installed.
Exceptions; Devolutions Online Database and Devolutions Server are subscription based products. They have to be renewed every year depending on your maintenance plan.
All RDM/PVM licenses are perpetual and do not expire. However, you will not be able to upgrade to newer versions or apply security updates.
All features and functionalities will still be available after your plan expires even if you don’t want to renew.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.
Best regards,
Mark Beausejour
Thanks,
One more thing, there is any way to check how much would the renewal cost?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
You can go on https://store.devolutions.net/Pricing#Pricing or contact sales@devolutions.net for additional information.

Hello,
Let me jump in for further explanation.
I don't know which type of data source you are using, however, if you are using Devolutions Server or Devolutions Online Database, those types of data source are subscribed by us and they have a yearly based subscription. This means that you would need to renew your subscription to have access to your data using those type of data source.
What type of data source are you using?

I assume that we have the on site because the data source is hosted in IIS, sorry that I'm mixing different topics here and maybe I should open a new one, but RDM is able to use two nodes? I mean have two servers with the same data source managed by a Load Balancer?
Thanks in advance
Hello,
If your data source is hosted on IIS, this means that you are using Devolutions Server as your backend data source.
That being said, yes, you can use a Load Balancer with Devolutions Server.
You can consult this link for information on the subject
