Expanded Options for Custom Installer

I'd like some more configurability in the custom installer subscription, including various application options, and add-ons. Specifically, I'd like to pre-configure the ping time-out before launching VPN, as well as disabling Ctrl+F, but we may discover other tweaks we'd like to include later. I'd also like to include a set of add-ons with the installer, instead of our users being prompted to install them the first time they connect to our SQL data source.

I'm trying to minimize the number of steps it takes me to get a new user up and running, and increasing what I can deploy in the MSI will greatly help with this.
