Caching file-content in Offline mode too when using SQL Server

I wanted to store some critical networktopology spreadsheets in the SQL Datasource. But unfortunatly these are not available to view when you need them the most (in case of a outage including that SQL server that hosts the data). I understand why this is; it would increase loading times, etc. But maybe it's possible to choose - on a file basis - if this is desirable. Through a checkbox maybe: "[ ] Make file available offline"
