Can't delete folders

I have two groups that I cannot delete, there is some kind of database issue. RDM (v11.7.2) appears to delete them, and they go away, but next time I launch the app the folders are back. I can rename them, and move them into other groups, but they just wont be deleted.
Is there a trick or a workaround?

Hello,
Smells like a cache issue, could you press CTRL-F5 to start anew with a pristine cache, then delete them again if they appear.
Maybe they will be simply gone right after the refresh...
