3.6.0.0 Loses Data Source On Restart
Hey guys,
I recently upgraded to 3.6.0.0 and it will no longer connect to my data source when it is restarted. We use a Devolution server and have 2-factor authentication set up. If the admin account resets my 2 factor authentication, I get a QR code to scan and it links me up with full functionality until restart, upon which, no authenticator code is asked for and no content is loaded for me to access. I can get back in by resetting the QR cadence again. As a second issue, if I leave RDM sitting for 15 minutes or so, it loses its connection to the server, and clicking on any entry will crash the app and require a relaunch. I'm not sure if they are related, but I can't effectively use the app anymore. Hopefully we can get both of these resolved. Thanks for the support!

Hi Blake,
To help me investigate, could you tell me what service type is set in your Data Source configuration:
If it is set to Default or Web service client, could you set it to Wep API client? And if it's set to Web API Client, could you set it to Web service client?
Tell me if the issue is still there after changing this value.

Well it was set to Default, so I switched over to Web API and it popped up with my 2-factor Authentication and let me in. Problem 1 = solved. I need to let it sit for 30 minutes or so to see if it still does the thing where it crashes after no being used. Thanks for the quick response on this!
