I created a new user, but then realized I misspelled his login. Unfortunate, the Edit feature does not allow me to change this, so I just created a new User with the correct spelling. When I tried to delete the original one, it just spins and says "Not Responding" then clears, but the original name is still in the list. I did a refresh and closed out, reopened, but the old name is still in the list. Don't get any error messages. And yes, I do have Administrator privileges.
Thank you!

Hello,
What version of RDM are you using?
What type of data source are you using?
Best regards,
Mark Beausejour
I replied via email, but did not get a response, so here it is again:
Version 11.7.2.0
The datasource we use is ColoSpace
Don't know what else you need, but let me know.
Roberta

I have another question that may be related. When I try to add a new user, I don't see where i can add the name, password, an other details. Am I missing something?
Hello,
Devolutions Online Database use the Devolutions Cloud account to establish the connection.
So each of your users needs to create an account on https://cloud/devolutions.net first. After, you can provide them access to the data source by creating them an account using the email address that they have use to create their cloud account on https://cloud/devolutions.net.
The password is manage by them, no password needs to be entered by you at the user creation in Administration -> Users.
Best regards,
Jeff Dagenais
