Hello guys, first of all thanks for such an amazing product! RDM rocks!
Now, I'm trying to achieve the following, getting the "Last updated date" property for a session / credential in its name. The idea is to have a quick visual reference of when was that object last updated (without me having to update it's name).
I don't know if that if possible, I've been trying to explore the posibility of defining a custom variable or even using the custom fields for a session, but I don't know how to reference a property (i.e. "Last update date") so I can assign it as value for a variable.
Is it possible? And if so, could you please tell me how? :)
Thanks again!
Hernán
Hello,
Thank you for the kind words, at least 80% of the product features are based on user requests, our community rocks!
The variables that do exist do not expose all of the fields of the sessions, we simply have too many of them. The "Last update date" is not available. I have tried a few "tricks" with no luck. Existing variables in the name of the session do work fine, I use them extensively myself
The only feature that would come close would be to display to footer panel, showing the information category and manually click on the Statistics tab. It does take a lot of screen real estate though. Maybe you could submit a feature request to add the missing variable, I do not know what is David's stance on that.
Best regards,
Maurice
Hi,
I think that the easiest feature we could add is column in the tree view or a label in the dashboard header with the modification date. What do you think?

Thanks a lot guys for the quick responses! Yeah, having a column in the tree view would make it. :)
Thanks again!
