RD Gateway not working with RDM 11.6.2.0

Hello,

we are using RDM 11.6.2.0 with an MSSQL Server Database. We have configured some connections with an Remote Desktop Gateway. On 3/6 computers it is working, on the other 3 the same configuration is not working.

The error message states, that there is no connection possible to the gateway server. From the other comouters it is possible.
But it is working from all workstations using mstsc or any other software, so the RD Gateway server is working. But when trying to connect using RDM, also no connection arrives at the RD-Gateway server.

Can you help us?

Hello,

Some RD Gateway issues has appeared with the release of Window 10 Anniversary update. Have you installed this update?

Are you using RDM 32 or 64bit?

If you are using RDM 32bit, could you try RDM 64bit. To open RDM 64 bit, launch RemoteDesktopManager64.exe instead of RemoteDesktopManager.exe from your installation folder.

Hello,

yes i am using the Windows 10 Anniversary update. With the 64Bit version it is working for me. I will check on Monday if it is working for my colleagues also.
