Email Template Entry

Hi Guys,
I was thinking a new entry type for attaching an email template (msg, oft, other?) would be great. We often send instructions out to customers and would be great to have a central resource for these templates. I would think a similar type to any of the other Office applications would be great (link to file or store in database, URL).
