Forced Refresh

Could this be a permanent feature? Or at least an option? I would like to have all of my employees have their clients force refresh every time it opens, new entries are constantly being added.

Unless connecting offline the data source will automatically refresh the list on start, before edit, after edit, on F5...
You can even set the data source to auto-refresh over x seconds.
