What RDM version do you use? Is it possible to test the url?

it is an internal managment site.
I'm using 11.6.1, upgrade ?

The issue happens on other sites also.
I think that the shared featuer between all of them is custom Html Control ID to fill in the credentials

Could you try RDM 11.6.6? Hubert has made a fix for an issue similar to this one

Upgraded.

Now I get a pop-up saying that I need flash version 8 or above.
When I open in chrome I do not see the pop-up.

Hello,

As I understand, with Google Chrome in RDM 11.6.6.0 is working as expected?
