ScreenConnect extension v1.6 doesn't work anymore

Currently, ScreenConnect version 6 is only available on self-hosted ScreenConnect servers and not on the Cloud-hosted ones. The license we have been given by ScreenConnect for testing purposes is Cloud-only so we will have to contact them to test on ScreenConnect version 6. I'll keep you updated on progress. We found a fix for the issue and it will require both an update of RDM as well as an update of the extension. I'll give you some news soon once the new extension version is approved by the ScreenConnect team.

A new beta version of RDM is out (11.6.7.0) which contains the fix for ScreenConnect v6.0. You can download it here http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download#beta
You will also need to get version 1.7 of the RDM extension on your ScreenConnect server.

Could you try this out and give us some feedback so we can know if it works for your configuration?

Also, please note that fetching entries might be slow as there is an issue on the ScreenConnect side that forces us to use a workaround which slows down things. They told us this should be fixed in the next version, so we will update the add-on by then, too.

Where can we download the ScreenConnect extension to upload into our ScreenConnect cloud instance?

And by that I mean the RDM extension... since they have removed it from their marketplace.

Unfortunately we currently do not have any news on when the ScreenConnect team will allow the extension back on their marketplace. We don't have a way to manually install the extension on cloud instances without being in the marketplace, we can only guide you for a local instance. The ball is in ScreenConnect's court and we can only wait.
