Do you want to send output from procmon (sysinternals tool...)?

Could you try to overwrite the Activex like it's mentioned on the other thread.

Yes, I am using mstsc directly without issue as alternative (run manually, copy address and login from RDM).

I don't know if this will help, but I would like you to try RDM 11.6.6.0 on your computer if possible.

You can download the zip file of RDM here (http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download#beta) and deploy it in C:\RDM as example. After, please run OptimizeRDM.bat from this same folder.

I don't know if you are using an advanced data source like SQL Server. If it's the case, don't connect on it with RDM 11, because it will ask for a database upgrade and I don't want you to upgrade the database for this test.

In the local data source, create a few RDP connections and try to launch them in external mode.

I found a fix related to custom scale factors. Going to "Display" and turning off custom scale factors and signing out-in again resolved my issue. Yesterday's update of Windows should have fixed the issue, we havent had confirmation yet

After update, RDP connection is working correctly for me!
