Missing Ribbon
I installed the new version and was playing around with menu options and have turned off the ribbon. Unfortunately, I don't see a way to turn it back on. Any ideas? Also, I was using the Free version and now the menu bar says it's the Trial version and will expire in 30 days. Is that just a grace period to try new features or do I need to register?

Alt-F11 is the default shortcut for that.

That question is asked at least once a week, I've added topics in the online help, but it's still hard to find if you dont know what to look for.
I'll add a troubleshooting topic as well, I want to make this easy to find.
