Hello,
As a part of a security audit it would be useful to be able to run a report that would show all credentials and their security group association so that someone could double check to make sure passwords are properly secured.
We managed connections for hundreds of servers across hundreds of customers with 5 different security levels for each one so there's a lot of room for error.
It'd basically be the Entry List report with an additional column and filtered by credentials only.
Thanks,
Brian Beaulieu
Hi,
Do you mean the password value or the credential entry name?

Hi David,
I'm referring to the Security Group associated with the credential entry itself
Brian
It's not a report but you can add the Security Group column into the tree list view. Have you tried that?
David Hervieux
Ahh.. I didn't realize that was possible. That'll do the trick for the time being. A report would be nice as it'd be easier/faster to audit and document.
Thanks!
Brian
We will make sure to add a report for that.

Hello,
What version of RDM are you using? In the latest version of RDM you should have access to the "Security Group" report. You can access reports by going in the administration tab > reports:
Is this report useful for your use-case?
