Restore connections without focus steal

By restoring previously used tabs, the manager steals focus with every new connected tab.
I would like to have the option to prevent stealing focus, because sometimes I'm entering a password but then the focus gets stolen.

That's correct David!
I'm pretty sure we don't do it on purpose. I'm not sure if we can find a workaround. I think that Windows change the focus automatically when a new connection is open and a new form is shown.
I will check what we can do
