Session Focus Change

Hi,

I am experiencing unusual behavior in RDM and would appreciate some guidance on what I have done to bring this behavior into being, consider this scenario:

I am connected to five servers, I finish task on server 5 and logoff, click on tab for server 4 and start working. When server 5 session closes the focus of RDM changes to another tab (the switch order I cannot fathom) perhaps server 3. I continue to work thinking I'm on 4 and cause a problem on server 3 because I didn't notice the focus switch (let's say I was getting a coffee).

This focus switch has happened a few times and is rather frustrating, does anyone know how I can stop this happening?
