Allow cookies on an embedded (tabbed) instance of Google Chrome

I am attempting to login to a website that requires cookies. They don't appear to be allowed when Chrome is launched embedded in a tab. Things work fine if I launch GC externally.

Could you check on this website if your cookies are enabled (using RDM embedded chrome browser) https://www.whatismybrowser.com/detect/are-cookies-enabled
There doesn't seem to be a way to specify to allow or deny cookies in the third party we use.

It looks like I made a mistake. Cookies are enabled. I found something wrong with my entry's properties. The website was just throwing a generic message up about cookies. It was a Red Herring.
