Apple Remote Desktop from Windows

Hello,

I'm trying to connect from a Windows PC to a Mac using Apple Remote Desktop, but I did not succeed.
I don't know if something is wrong in the way I try to configure this, or if the softwares used don't meet the requirements for this function.

I'm using Remote Desktop Manager Free 2.6.2.0 on a Surface Pro 3 with Windows 10 Pro version 1511 build 10586.494 , and I'm trying to connect to a 2012 Mac Mini with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6.

I have configured Remote Management on the Mac, and I'm trying to connect with an Active Directory domain user.

Hi,
I'm not sure about the Active Directory user. We have never tried to connect to a Mac on our domain. Do you have another Mac to try the real Apple Remote Desktop with this user from the other Mac?

sorry for very late response, I didn't receive any forum notification. In the meantime I started using Teamviewer.
