I just started having this issue today. I verified that the same issue was happening when I used the standard OS RDP client for Windows 10 or when connecting through RDM. I was able to correct the issue in the standard client by disabling "Experience -> Persistent bitmap caching". Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to correct this in RDM. I tried searching the forums but it doesn't look like anyone else has had this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for the fast response!
I had tried that one but I must have needed a clean log off of my session to reset it completely.
A couple follow-ups:
1. Do we know why that's now happening when it wasn't before?
2. Is there anyway to modify all of my existing connections?
3. Is there a way to make that my default for all new connections?
OK I answered #2. Just in case anyone else needs it:
Select all of the saved connections you want to update then right-click.
Answer to #3:
Go to file then ->
We have several hundred entries in our RDM deployment. We need to make this change on all of the entries I am not able to see the ability to change the experience tab. Can someone assist with this batch change function?

Hello,
You can go in View -> Advanced Search and do a search by connection type to retrieve all your RDP sessions.
After, select all your RDP sessions and do a right-click -> Edit -> Batch Edit -> Edit Sessions (Session Type Settings).
You can also consult our help topic on the Batch Edit feature - http://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/edit_batch.htm
There's also a tutorial available on that page.
