11.6.0.0 Offline Mode not working

Hi guys,

Yesterday I updated our RDM-Installation together with Jean-François from version 3.1.0.0/11.0.1.0 to 3.2.1.0/11.5.4.0.
Everything went fine and our tests in the end showed no obvious problems, sadly a couple of our technicians found out that the offline mode is not working anymore.

It does work if you switch from online to offline within the application (click data source -> go offline on the dashboard), but it does not work when you start the application with no connection from the beginning. We activated the option to prompt us a question if we want to start offline at the beginning of the application and it does ask us, but as soon as we say offline, a login window appears which has a disabled & empty username field and a password field where you can type in. But no matter what we type in the password field, we can't click ok to start the offline mode (obviously because the user in the line before is missing!).

After a suggestion from Érica we tried client version 11.6.0.0 but with no success, the bug is still the same. The only option is to revert back to client 11.0.1.0, there the offline mode works somehow (even with the upgraded database) but with the side effect that it constantly asks you to login, on every click you do in the interface. (click on a host, login-window appears, right click for context menu, login-window appears....)

Since I saw that the support seems to react quicker here in the forum I thought it might be worth a try to write it up here in the forum (time is expensive :)

So if anybody can help me in figuring this out I would appreciate it.
