Sorting Question

Could you check if the groups you have that are sorted wrongly are virtual groups? To check, simply choose one of them and edit it, you should see the following at the bottom:

Alright, if it isn't shown this means the group isn't virtual. We'll try and reproduce the sorting problem. I'll keep you updated.

Are there any sorting priority changes for your groups, both for the ones sorting wrong and the other ones? You can check this in the "User Interface".

Unfortunately no - you can see the setting of the folders in my first post attached - all of the root folder have the sam value - 0

Same issue, very weird. It appears to be listing them in the order I created them, though.

I mean it was ok in v 11.1.1.0 (?) - will test this tomorrow - im pretty sure that this bug appears with a version update.. will test this and report back

PS: in our case the folder with E.. was the first we created.. all other are newer..

Correction!* It is not putting them in the order I entered them... I just tested with companies beginning with A B and C, and they are sorting alphabetically... It just seems to be 3 or 4 companies sorting in a different list...

In Min's case the wrong sorting seems to be in the Credentials section. Is it the same for you too? Does it happen in both the main list and the credentials list? Is there anything particular about the company names that are sorting wrong?

Yes - It is only the credentials list. I have confirmed all settings that could have been changed in the company folders - they are no different than the rest
