Full Screen Sizing Issue on Multiple monitors

I'm having an issue with sessions that I've set to open full screen opening half on one monitor and half on the other.

If I select external button it works correctly, but just the default open session button won't work. It also demonstrates when double clicking the session to open.


I thought I'd report in case anyone else can chime in that they've had this issue. I just tried to reproduce so I could take some screenshots and it stopped. I'll try and reproduce, take an image, and the settings for that session as soon as this reproduces again for me. It's been pretty consistent from day to day.
