Help to create a Citrix HDX entry

Hi there

I'm getting an error that there is no Citrix server configured at the given address.

Could someone provide me with the right configuration to login to a XenApp server?

What error do you get?

There is no Citrix XenApp server configured on the specified address.

The IP I tried the XA server (VDA) directly, but I also tried the delivery controller and the storefront.

Are you able to access it with Citrix (Web)?

That is a Citrix problem as opposed to RDM.. It generally means that your connection is either internal & Citrix think's it is external, or vice versa. It is either trying to access a gateway and shouldn't be, or should be an it is using an internal address.

Yeah, thought about that also, because it did work with another connection with another customer. I think they configured something because now it's working, thanks!
