Why does it save credentials to Windows Credential Manager in Windows 7?

Hi,

I recently started having issue that whenever I open a session it save the credential information to Windows credentials manager and I need to know if this is an issue with Windows or Remote Desktop Manager itself?

Hi,
Do you open your RDP connection in external mode?

Hi David,

Yes it's set to open external and not embedded so I can multi tasks on projects.

This explains why. It's the only way to send the credentials to mstsc.exe.
