Hi,

We got a weird problem with 1 user. When the user click on view password or right click view password it's show the old password. But when the user edit the entry and click show password, it's show the good one.

We are using 11.5. All others user have not the problem on the same entry.

Can you help me on this one. We have try to install RDM 11.5 on another computer and the same user got the same problem.

Hi,
I might be wrong but maybe he as a local or user specific setting overriding the saved value. Could you verify this?

Hi,

the guy is on vacation but for your information I can reproduce the same symptom when I override password in user specific setting.

I'll let you know tomorrow.
