RDM 11.5.2.0 - Getting Add new credential dialogue

Good day all,

Whenever I try to remote desktop to an entry in my listing, I keep getting this box asking to add a new credential entry. I am guessing it is trying to do this as we do not assign out credentials to all items? Can anyone give me an idea where to turn this off from within the application?

What is selected in the Credentials field in your sessions? If they are configured to use My Personal Credential and there's no My Personal credential configured, a window will open asking you to configure one.

Could you post a print screen of the properties of one of your session please.

Looks like you might be onto something there. I checked one of the single items and it said, "Inherited" and then I checked higher up on the top most item, and somehow that was set to "My Personal Credentials"...

Should it be set to "None" or "Default"?

Hello,


At the folder level, you can use Default and set your credential in the bottom section or select Credential repository and select a credential entry that you want to use. With the credential repository, if your password expired, you just need to update one entry instead of several entries.
