Applying a new License Key?

Hi,

We just renewed our subscription for RDM and were supplied with a new License Key. Is there any official way on how we get this key installed on all of our users' computers? I was hoping the existing key would just get updated somehow to go for another year but we got a new key that we have to get to everyone.

Can we put that in the database somewhere or do we have to email the key to everyone and have them install it on their own? Is there a preferred way to do this?

Are you working in a terminal service environment? If so, please go here;

With an Advanced Data Source, you can apply the key in Administration -> Data Source Settings -> Serial;

Ah, perfect. Didn't know we could put the serial inside the Data Source.
